Skamol’s new plant will be placed in Opole, Poland and just like our plant in Denmark, this new plant will be dedicated to producing only calcium silicate boards.
This means that we will be able to supply high quality calcium silicate boards from two production units in the world with the result of significantly reducing our delivery times.
If you live in Poland, Eastern Europe and the neighbouring countries like Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and Hungary, you will most likely be receiving your calcium silicate deliveries from this new plant in Poland and get the advantages of the shorter distance.
The price of the boards produced in Poland will not be different from the ones produced in Denmark. Our goal is to reach a delivery time of app. 1 week for standard products and below 4 weeks for non-standard products and the goal is to achieve the same delivery time from the two plants.
Our sales department and Supply Chain Management department will be happy to handle your requests, just as they do now.
